About the Tour

The tour starts in Bangladesh's bustling capital; Dhaka. We will collect you from the airport and after some time to freshen up at a nearby hotel, we will hit the colour and chaos of the streets of Dhaka for a behind-the-scenes city tour. Night 1 has us sleeping on the overnight passenger ferry to the southern city of Barisal, a photographer's dream. We will explore the floating timber markets, the brick factory, and experience life on the river with the locals. For Night 2 we will take rest in a hotel in Barisal, so that we are ready for a full day of sight-seeing the next day featuring all of Barisal's cultural places of interest, local schools and some remote villages where tourists don't go. Night 3 sees us back on the overnight ferry to Dhaka, where we will either take you to the airport or assist with forward travel plans.
